GOTHAM POINT LEASING GALLERY
BHDM DESIGN DIRECTOR Inspired by Gotham’s waterfront setting in Long Island City, we designed a light-filled leasing gallery rooted in natural materials and tonal texture. Custom wallpaper and carpet patterns subtly referenced the movement of water, creating a refined, open plan environment that feels both grounded and expansive.
